Study of the problems of organization and functioning of Russian insurance market today

Modern conditions of economic instability exacerbated the problems of the Russian insurance market and questioned its further successful development. In this article, based on an analysis of the situation in the insurance market in the past few years, as well as individual factors affecting it, was been identified a set of issues characterizing the insurance market at the present stage. It is concluded that these problems are due not only to the events of 2014, they have accumulated over a long period of time as a result of the inefficiency of the organization and functioning of the Russian insurance.
