Study of the problem of social adaptation of elderly age men in the conditions of a new social environment

The article presents external and internal factors influencing the adaptation process in the conditions of a geriatric boarding house. The modern psychological approaches to the study of the socio-psychological adaptation of elderly people to the conditions of stationary institutions of the social protection system of the population were analyzed.
