One of ways to increase the efficiency of electroerosive processing application is studying the pulse breakdown in a liquid which has different mechanism from breakdown in gases. Difference is shown in change of exit work of electrons from cathode metal, influence of material of electrodes on process of breakdown, etc. Research of the given features will help to correct the theory of breakdown and is essen-tial to raise applicability effect of electric erosion threw-lov for processing of metals.
