Exploration of the process of forming a corporation's sustainable development program

The article under discussion is devoted to the tasks ofsustainable development of the corporation. Furthermore, this shows the role of corporations in ensuring the sustainable development of the socio-economic system of society. The constituent elements of the logical chain «goal - strategy - program» that ensure the achievement of the goals and key performance indicators ofsustainable development are described in detail and substantiated. The concepts of the strategy and program of sustainable development of the corporation are defined. Additionally, the interrelation of innovative and sustainable development is revealed as well as their «cross-cutting» nature in relation to the «objective» functional areas of the corporation's activity. Finally, an algorithm for the formation of a corporation's sustainable development program has been developed and described, ensuring the achievement of integrated efficiency - economic, social and environmental.
