Studing ordering processes in open systems (on the example of pattern evolution in colonies of imperfect mycelial fungi)

Yu.L. Klimontovich [1] formulated the fundamental theorem of entropy changing (S-theorem). The main task of this paper is to interprete the statements of the theorem with reference to the microbiological applications by entering necessary analogs and by offering explanations of the concepts «chaos», «mean energy of a system», etc.
