One of the main technological operations related to the production of composite materials, is the impregnation of the reinforcing structure polymeric binder. This aspect is particularly important when using as a basis the finished composite fibrous webs or articles, which primarily should include woven webs having a predetermined shape by the consumer. The purpose is to investigate the dependence of the relative content of the binder polymer in the woven cloth by the composition and properties of the polymer fiber material, and the uniformity of distribution of the binder in the formation of the woven textile-based composite materials. A mathematical model, which allows to determine the percentage of adsorbed binder dispersion in the amount of the base fabric composite material. The nature of the influence of density and viscosity of the polymeric composition, the density of the fibrous material relative to the binder content in the woven fabric. A method for determining the uniform distribution of the polymer binder in terms of woven fabric.
