The research of the transition of the higher education to the market economics in China

The transition of the Higher education to the market economics is very important to interaction of China with other countries. Beginning in the late 1970s the Higher education intensively developed. The modest number of Higher education - focused papers of the 1980s was followed in the 1990s by a significant increase in teacher resource books, clearly a reflection of renewed interest in the structure of Chinese Higher education. Since 2002 China has joined to the Bologna Process. The goal of this article is to analyze the problems of modem Higher education in China. The author researched the historical, economical and political reasons of joining China to the Bologna Process. It is also very important for our country, because the Russian Federation has to get ready for this. The experience of China may help us defining the outlook of the transition of the Russian Higher education to the Bologna Process.
