Research of grinding spherical surface of the tapered roller bearing

The article focuses on the study of grinding spherical surfaces of tapered roller bearings. A new approach to increasing the accuracy of the spherical end of the tapered rollers of bearings is proposed by compensating the error in the shape of the sphere of the end of the roller during grinding due to the correcting of the machining radius. The use of the corrected machining radius makes it possible to control the process of grinding the sphere of the ends of tapered rollers and to obtain, as a result of machining, an increase in the accuracy of the spherical end of the taper roller bearing.
