Study of socio-ecological and economic balance of the regions of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the balance in the regions of the Russian Federation, the region is considered as a socio-ecological-economic system, which consists of social, environmental and economic components. Balance occurs when the components of the “triad” are of equal importance in the economic activity of the region. Between the components of the “triad” flow flows of matter, energy and information, which are divided into man-made and natural. The equality of man-made and natural flows characterizes the balance. The article makes an initial assessment of the balance of the regions of the Russian Federation, based on three indicators: spending on the national economy, health care, and the environment. Conclusions are drawn about the balance of regions, options for further scientific research are proposed.
