Study of socio-energy information systems: actuality, problems philosophical and practical significance

The article considers the prerequisites for the study of socio-energy systems (egregors). The author, on the example of developments of the theory of the crowd, shows the necessity of studying these systems. He made conclusions about the reasons for the inattention of academic science to the study of these systems.
