The problem of measuring the distance between two objects was always topical, but now its importance in technology has increased especially, which is due to the need for high-precision positioning of objects in construction, geodesy, military science, navigation, etc. At the same time, in various applications of range finders the requirements to accuracy, the maximum distance to be measured, the rate of measurement, the mass and dimensions of the equipment are constantly tightened. The main goal of the work: is to study circuit-based solutions for increasing the accuracy of laser range finders. The article is devoted to the realization of the limiting capabilities of range finders in range, accuracy with the minimum possible mass. For this, technical solutions are required that can significantly increase the accuracy of rangefinders without significantly complicating their design.
