Study of static temperature deformations of gearwheels manufactured by additive technologies

Бесплатный доступ

The research object is static temperature deformations of gearwheels, manufactured from ABS Plus plastics with additive technologies. The work purpose is to determine the real temperature thresholds at which the ABS Plus plastic gear starts to deform. As a result of experimental studies of gearwheels, the values of heating temperature have been determined, at which the most important geometrical characteristics of gearwheels made of ABS Plus plastic by the method of additive technologies remain stable. Mathematical models of changes in the diameters of the circles of the tops and valleys, as well as the pitch of the gearwheels resulting from heating temperature, are obtained.
