The research of strategic planning styles of Russian companies

The article examines the characteristics of strategic planning in the Russian companies. Authors analyzes the difference in the styles of strategic planning, their advantages and disadvantages, and raises the problem of the current practice of describing the strategic planning process in the Russian companies. As a result of empirical research revealed clusters of companies using different styles of strategic planning and shows the dominance of an integrated planning style.
