Research into relation between large-scale processes on the sun and development of coronal mass ejections and solar flares

The paper considers the evolution of large-scale long-term structures on the Sun, in the interplanetary magnetic field, and in solar wind streams before and after strong eruptive events in the decay and minimum phases of the 23rd solar cycle. In some cases, we revealed considerable changes in the sector structure and solar-wind recurrent high-speed streams, while in others did not.
