The researching of properties and optimization of insert parameters of elastomeric knitting fabric

The article is devoted to the research of the most significant properties and optimization of parameters of stitch structure of elastomeric knitting fabric for medical compression armsleeves. The regression models of thickness, surface density, elasticity and residual extensibility in width in depending on the length of thread in a stitch of the base and the elastomeric component were obtained. The optimal values of insert parameters of stitch structure of the knitting fabric are determined.
