Research of regional community territorial behavior in sociology

The article contains basic provisions of the territorial social and economic behavior (TSEB) concept. It is shown an opportunity for quantitative economic and sociological analysis of regional communities' ТSEB. The heuristic value of the TSEB concept is given for revealing and optimization of the Russian society social and territorial stratification factors, practice of regional development management in Russia.
