Research of requirements of consumers at a choice of options of accommodation in hotel complexes: economic and legal aspect

The article presents the main results of the execution of the budget of the Chechen Republic in the context of the functional structure. Based on the analysis, the main positive and negative trends in the process of formation and execution of the budget, as well as related problems were identified. In addition, the article structured the legislative and regulatory framework for the formation and execution of the budget. The author also concluded that only balanced, joint work of federal and regional authorities can change the situation with the financial security of the budget of the republic. And this concerns not only the situation with the budget of the Chechen Republic, but with all highly subsidized regions. Long-term practice shows that the existing efforts of all levels of government are not enough to solve the growing problems in the budget system of the country.
