Study of factors on the development of space flight of some medicinal plants

The article presents the current results of the research of space flight factors on the development of higher medicinal plants, sent to the spacecraft «Foton». The influence of space flight factors on the seeds of higher plants in three variants of carrying out of the space experiment: inside the lander, under conditions of excluding the gravity field effect in outer space was studied. Currently, data of the dynamics of formation of adult plants of Saint-Mary-thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) and balm lemon (Melissa officinalis L.), the seeds of which were affected by the influence of space flight factors, from the seedling stage to the stage of ripening was analyzed.
