Light is the basis for the life of most plants, so the right lighting source - the key to good growth and development of both fruit and green mass. For growing plants the most favorable lighting blue and red light spectrum with wavelengths 380-490 and 600-720 nm, respectively. Both of these colors are contained in the phyto-luminaires.Industrial led phyto-luminaires have a significant cost, and low-cost led modules, as practice shows their use, are short-lived. One of the reasons for the short service life of phyto-led modules 6040-A2525(A) is the high temperature of the crystal at a nominal supply voltage of 220 V. the temperature of these modules and their luminous flux dependences on the supply voltage are Experimentally determined. It is revealed that even in the presence of a cooling radiator of a large area, the temperature of the modules reaches 110 ° C.With the help of correlation and regression analysis in the software package STATISTICA justified reduction of the applied voltage to obtain the optimal light flux and temperature of the photon-diode modules, in which their service life can reach the values stated by the manufacturer. It was found that the supply voltage of the phytocvetodiode modules 6040-A2525(A) should be in the range from 175 to 180 volts.
