The article is devoted to the experimental analysis of the reliability of an induction motor in the ventilation system of an administrative building of an agro-industrial complex by determining the higher harmonic components of current and voltage based on the results of measurements in the distribution network of agricultural consumers. At present, the electrical load of rural consumers in areas where agriculture is dynamically developing through the construction of crop, livestock, poultry, greenhouse farms and agricultural processing enterprises is significantly increasing. The technological processes of enterprises are based on the improvement of technology, ranging from fine electronics to ensuring high quality requirements for the supplied electrical energy. The work evaluates the influence of higher current harmonics on the temperature regime of operation of an induction motor installed in the forced ventilation system of an agro-industrial complex.
