Influence of 3D printing parameters on the dimensional accuracy of printed models

The subject of research is the influence of different 3D printing parameters on accuracy and quality of the final product. During the work test models were designed. They were printed for further analysis. Based on the measurements made, limitations on the ability to print small geometric elements of the model are revealed. The influence on the resulting products accuracy of the following parameters of the 3D printer software has been studied: the print quality mode setting; the fill density setting; adjustment of the extrusion ratio. The data obtained can be used for details printing to control their quality and accuracy. The results of the work will be used to develop an application for preparing a 3D model for printing.
