Research of influence of obtusion of cutting edges of the cutting tool on accuracy of a cut-down contour of sheet details at raskry pressure of the elastic environment

In article authors describe results of researches of influence of obtusion of cutting edges of the cutting tool and other technology factors on parameters of quality of cut down details pressure of a polyurethane. Threshold level of obtusion of the cutting tool is established, which repolishing of a surface of the cutting tool is recommended. Results of numerical researches are confirmed by experiments.
