Study of the influence of rehabilitation treatment on the microstructure of thermal vacuum turbine blades made of nickel-based alloy

Бесплатный доступ

The aim of this work was to study the effect of heat treatment to restore defects of microstructure formed in the blades during operation. Strengthening phase morphology was studied, as well as allocations of carbides, both on the borders and in the center of the grains. Study on the microstructure of electronic raster scanning microscope TESCAN Vega SB. the composition of the phases was carried out using detector INCAx-act analysis. Studies have shown that the use of heat treatment to reduce carbides heterogeneity, eliminate the gross allocation of phases and restore size and uniform distribution of the reinforcing phase in terms of metal
