Research on reproduction of labour power

The article describes a new index of reproduction of labour power which allows one to evaluate the development state of compound social and economic process. The author suggests formulas to calculate the index of the labour power reproduction and its components. The study proves the importance criteria of quantitative and qualitative components of the labour power reproduction. Using the developed method the author calculated the indexes of labour power reproduction and the reproduction indexes of agriculture workers of the Republic of Bashkortostan and compared these indexes. The research revealed changes of reproduction processes.
