Methods and means of research of the planetary atmospheres by means of the developed algorithms lidar - the tomographic sounding which is carried out by grouping of the small satellites distributed in the set orbits are described. The developed automated system of lidar sounding of the planetary atmosphere by means of grouping of small satellites is presented. Results of mathematical modeling of procedures of sounding for a solution of two-dimensional and three-dimensional tasks of reconstruction of required distribution functions are given.
