Study of the possibilities of realizing time requirements to achieve the stated goals

The sustainability of the country’s socio-economic system is determined by the ability to quickly adjust to the requirements of external and internal factors. Currently, within the framework of a significantly changed world situation caused by the introduction of economic and technological sanctions against the Russian Federation, which significantly limited its ability to attract financial resources and access to the latest technologies to ensure technological re-equipment of production. The purpose of the study is to analyze the possibilities of the transition of the Russian economy to new socio-economic conditions associated with the introduction of significant restrictions and economic sanctions. At the same time, the need to transition the national economy of the Russian Federation to a mobilization mode of functioning of the economy is determined not only by the introduced regime of restricting access to financial resources, but also to a large extent to all promising technologies and developments. As the political situation in the world has shown, the Russian Federation was able to emerge from the isolation regime, due to the use of accumulated internal reserves, including in the regions. The paper presents the results of a study of the implementation of industrial policy in some of the most important regions located in the Far Eastern Federal District. To ensure the achievement of the stated goals, a state policy of stimulating the development of industrial production through various instruments was implemented in these entities at enterprises that ensure the production of products within the framework of the State Defense Order, which made it possible to modernize production capacities and maintain the quality of labor resources in them.
