Investigation of possible negative socio-economic consequences, negative effects and risks for the regional economy due to complete failure, inefficient or improper management of issues of development and preservation of the highway network, road activities and road infrastructure development by the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation

Based on the analysis of special industry literature, regulations and strategic planning documents, the author of the article managed to identify, establish, formulate and show at least three dozen possible visual negative socio-economic consequences, negative budgetary and managerial effects and risks, in short, medium- and in the long term, coming for the regions as a result of and being in direct causal connection with the complete failure, ineffective or improper management of issues of development and preservation of the highway network, road activities and road infrastructure development by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
