This article presents the results of the study of biomechanical systems with design methods for selecting the optimal designs using elements from titanium, composites and plastics, and metal and making prosthetic designs including technology restoration composites. Based approach to the assessment of different methods of building design schemes using orthopaedic implants designs. Comparative evaluation carried out using objective biochemical indicators according to which both clinically evaluated orthopaedic constructs are acceptable and unacceptable.
