Research of foreign experience in the field of development of tools for financing small business in a market economy

With the acceleration of economic globalization, various types of businesses are facing intense competition in the financial market. The creation, survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from a large amount of funds as a development factor. Today, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of promoting sustainable and economic development, expanding and improving social employment, and the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become the focus of national and public attention. Thus, the most noticeable of these obstacles is the search for the necessary sources of financing for business activities. This study is devoted to the study of foreign experience in the development of tools for financing small businesses in a market economy. The study revealed that in foreign practice today, good results have been achieved in organizing a system for financing the activities of small and medium-sized businesses. This article raises and examines the issue of applicability and feasibility of transferring foreign experience to the field of small business financing in Russian conditions. This study reveals existing problems in the field of financing small and medium-sized businesses, determines ways to solve them, and establishes effective methods of financing used by foreign companies.
