Studies of lightweight cement mortars based on microspheres

When constructing long wells in difficult mining and geological conditions, problems arise that can lead to hydraulic fracturing, and therefore the problem of selecting methods for creating reliable cement mixtures is relevant. A lightweight cement mortar with different ASM contents was prepared. The level of water-cement ratio could reach up to 0.9. The results of the studies demonstrated that with an increased content of ACM, a change in various parameters of the cement composition is observed. It has been proven that hollow microspheres, as previously noted by experts, have a better effect. The density reduction of a solution with good properties can reach 1250 kg/m3. However, this type of solution has a disadvantage, since during its operation a high level of filtration is observed.
