The modern development of the gold mining industry is characterized by an increase in the extraction of mineral raw materials and a constant steady decline in the quality of ore. Under these conditions, increasing the completeness of gold recovery is of paramount importance. This can be achieved by intensifying existing and creating new efficient processes for extracting gold from poor, difficult-to-enrich ores based on scientific and technological achievements, and combining processing and hydrometallurgical processes. Results of the study of the concentrability of the Vasilkovskaya gold-bearing ore, the regime parameters of the gravitational, flotation and cyanide processes of gold extraction were determined. Based on them, three combined technological schemes for ore processing and gold extraction are proposed. Their technological and economic comparison is performed. A more economical version of the scheme turned out to include gravity enrichment with jigging, separate sorption cyanidation of mechanically activated gravity concentrate and gravity tails crushed to 85% of the class smaller than 0.074 mm. End-to-end gold recovery was 84%.
