Hysteroform symptoms in structure of schizophrenia spectrum disorders

In patients with schizophrenia and shizotypal disorder with hysteroform symptoms in structure of disease, we have noticed the following peculiarities: despite of earlier onset and length of initial period as well as predominance of distortion in all three spheres according to G. V. Logvinovich's scale, indices of PANSS regarding negative syndrome and in cluster of anergy at the moment of formation of remission were reliably lower, and more mature types of individual compensator-adjusting defenses were found reliably more often.
