True errors and errors arising from measurements by electronic geodesic devices

Classification of instruments for measurements is given; factors affecting the result of measurements. The errors that can occur during the measurement are analyzed. The methods of reducing errors and errors arising in the process of using electronic geodetic instruments are considered.
