Sources of financing of the housing and utilities sector as a deterrent to improving the quality of services provided

Resume: This article examines the sources of financing the sphere of housing and communal services and ways to improve the system of organizing their operation. As well as increasing the efficiency of the use of financial resources in the system of public utilities and ways of solutions to reduce the growth rate of costs. The article describes in detail the main activities of this reform, which provides for the implementation of projects for the modernization and reform of housing and communal services.
