Sources and concept natural human rights

The article examines the types of content sources and the natural rights of man as a kind of subjective rights. Substantiates the position that the sources of natural rights should be considered: 1) human activity as a rational being (biological source); 2) the material conditions of people's lives (material source); 3) social relations (social power); 4) regulations (formal legal source). We also give the author's concept of natural rights.
