Sources of legal regulation of the contract of carriage of goods by rail in Russia: definition, types, features

The article deals with the main sources regulating the rail transportation of goods. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation specific examples of conflicts of normative legal acts in the field of railway transport are given, the questions of overcoming of the revealed collisions are touched upon. The inefficiency of the existing legal regulation of transportation relations is proved. It is proposed to make appropriate changes to the Civil code of the Russian Federation.
