Sources of legal regulation of hotel services relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan: national model special features

The article is devoted to review the sources of legal regulation on the provision of hotel services in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article reviews the questions concerning the content of hotel services and their delivery order, rule of law governing the rights and obligations of the parties to a contract for the provision of hotel services, imprisonment, execution and responsibility of the parties to such agreement. Important meaning in the organization and provision of hotel services have their legal regulation.
