Sources of attracting investments in the development of local coal resources

The article discusses the sources of attracting investments of coal mining enterprises. Approaches to investing in small enterprises are analyzed. The authors have identified the features of investing in small coal mining enterprises. The role of dividend payments on preferred shares; interest on bank loans and bonds; the tax rate is noted. The directions of development of coal mining enterprises in the regions of Russia are considered. The factors of activation of the use of local fuel and energy resources of territories are identified, the authors prove that the use of leasing financing is one of the directions of rational use of resources and sustainable development of territories.
