Sources of regulation of cargo insurance relations: a historical retrospective

The paper focuses on historical characteristics of main sources, regulating relationship in the field of cargo insurance, in so far as insurance legislation is presented by a great number of laws of the Russian Federation, regulating to a greater or lesser degree public relations in this field of insurance (insurance relations and others).
