Historical memory in emotional and scientific perception

The authors analyze relation of Russian and foreign scientists to the phenomenon of historical memory. The article shows that the Russian science and student teaching stimulate respect and maintaining historical memory while the foreign science persistently discredits sanctity of historical memory. The polling research results, which reveal an emotionally charged assessment given by representatives of high school youth to events of Russia's military history, are presented.
