Historical aspects of education of a soldier and a citizen by means of musical influence: in the context of the development of the spiritual qualities of the employee of the internal affairs bodies

The article presents some provisions of the genesis of the phenomenon of education of a patriot-citizen on the ideas of "musical technology". Focusing on some aspects of the ancient Greek experience of educating the army, the author draws attention to its relevance in solving the spectrum of educational impact on the personality of an employee of the internal affairs bodies.
