A historical analysis of the term of socio-psychological climate in Russian science

The article gives an evolutionary analysis of the concept of social-psychological climate in Russian social psychology, demonstrates changes in approaches to the essence of social-psychological climate in collective. Despite the existence of a large number of scientific researches and publications on this subject, the unity of its understanding does not exist. The author believes that this article will allow creating an exact idea of this collective phenomenon and choosing optimum methods of formation of favorable climate in a collective.
