The article reveals the aspects of the history of development of system of mass physical culture in China - from the origin of the first u-shu elements to the formation of state policy of modern China in the sphere of physical culture, which is directed on development of mass physical culture and its introduction in all spheres of people's activity, conditioned by entering of China in International Olympic motion
