History of normative regulation of socially dangerous sexual assault in criminal law

The article is devoted to the study of historical prerequisites for the formation of normative regulation of socially dangerous violations of sexual integrity of minors. The analysis of normative acts of Ancient Russia, which showed that the current law of that time protected the sexual inviolability of women and girls to marriage, regardless of age, close relatives, regardless of their desire to enter into sexual intercourse because of the prohibition of incest.
