The history of peasant migration from the Russian Empire European part to Siberian unoccupied lands is analyzed. Three migration periods: free peasants before serfdom abolition; for Trans-Siberian main line construction; according to Stolypin’s reform are considered. The life stories of migrants and their descendants, forming success are traced.
