Peschelezhny transition in Moscow 1936-1937

This article is devoted to the historical moment in the Buryat sport - pedestrian-ski transition 1936-1937. This article focuses on some aspects of the transition. The preparatory stage, the transition itself and its influence on the further development of sports are examined and analyzed separately. The importance of this transition in the development of sports in Buryatia is noted. On the basis of the conducted research, the further development of the sport is revealed; different points of view regarding this event are considered. The article tells about the important function of the heroic actions of girls, namely the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the promotion of sports, which gave us new sports achievements.
