History of legal regulation of oil delivery of oil products by pipeline transport in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the historical aspects of the legal regulation of the supply of oil and oil products by pipeline to the Russian Federation. The author sets out historical facts that will make it possible to understand the relevance of the problem from the perspective of the current state of legal regulation of the supply of oil and oil products by pipeline. The legal relations associated with the regulation of the supply of oil and oil products by pipeline to the Russian Federation are characterized. As a result of reviewing the historical development of law enforcement in this area and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the problems of legal regulation of the supply of oil and oil products by pipeline in the Russian Federation, conclusions are drawn about the need to reform the relevant legislation.
