In recent decades, the phenomenon of globalization has become the most important factor in world development. This process encompasses not only the economy, the sphere of individual entrepreneurial activity, international relations and trade, but also the political, social, cultural spheres. The article considers the history of the development of globalization processes, their formation and formation, the factors influencing the strengthening of this process are identified.
