History of tourism development in the arctic countries

The Arctic is currently attracting the attention of legal researchers in completely different fields. In this article, the author examines the history of the development of tourist activity in the Russian Arctic and highlights its stages. The author describes certain types of tourism and tourist programs in the Arctic states and highlights certain problems of tourism development as a sector of the regional economy in the Russian Arctic.
