The history of formation and the route of combatant operations of the separate ski brigades formed in Kazan in 1942-1943

The article is dedicated to the participation of the military units formed in Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in the Great Patriotic War. The author reviewed the history of creation of seven separate ski brigades in Kazan, the organization of their reinforcement and military logistics. Special attention is paid to the study of the route of the combatant operations of the mentioned military units.
